She wanted both urban and autumn shots - but her yearbook deadline will be here before the leaves turn - so we solved the problem by scheduling two mini sessions.
This is a great solution if you want to capture two different seasons, or you want to shoot at multiple locations - but want to shoot close to sunset or sunrise for each location to get the best light.
Session 1 we got done in time for yearbook in the colorful setting of the West Bottoms. As always, there were lots of photographers roaming the area, and a grouchy man in a van to tell us that no portraits are allowed on one whole block... Even so, we found plenty of colorful spots for this senior's photos without getting in the way of any other photo shoots. Abbie was a pleasure to photograph with her super laid back attitude and sense of humor (which runs in her famly by the way.) I'll be looking forward to session two when the leaves turn in another 4-6 weeks.
